salud (pacientes, investigadores, industria, universidades, comunidades cient\u00edficas, organismos de gobierno, instituciones p\u00fablicas y privadas, organizaciones multilaterales, emprendedores) para favorecer el acceso a la salud (prevenci\u00f3n, diagn\u00f3stico y tratamiento) y reducir el impacto de las enfermedades raras en la Argentina y en la elementor-size-default\">Objetivos<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6da645d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6da645d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Identificar las necesidades de los pacientes y sus familias.<\/li><li>Redefinir el rol de los pacientes en el desarrollo de proyectos cient\u00edficos y tecnol\u00f3gicos.<\/li><li>Identificar oportunidades, actores y recursos existentes para promover el trabajo cooperativo de los actores de la investigaci\u00f3n en salud<\/li><li>Dise\u00f1ar, formular e implementar convenios, acuerdos, alianzas y\/o planes, etc., para promover el trabajo cooperativo de los actores de la investigaci\u00f3n en salud<\/li><li>Generar incidencia para el monitoreo, cumplimiento y desarrollo de regulaciones en el campo de las enfermedades raras en los distintos niveles de decisi\u00f3n de pol\u00edtica sanitaria bajo los preceptos de la bio\u00e9tica.<\/li><li>Propiciar la integraci\u00f3n de los desarrollos cient\u00edficos en salud al sistema sanitario regional.<\/li><li>Favorecer la capacitaci\u00f3n cont\u00ednua y la formaci\u00f3n de los distintos actores para garantizar el abordaje integral de las personas con enfermedades raras y sus familias.<\/li><li>Favorecer la Protecci\u00f3n del desarrollo de la carrera de los cient\u00edficos nacionales. Revisi\u00f3n estructural de estrategias para dise\u00f1ar este sistema de protecci\u00f3n. (ProCaCi)<\/li><li>Promover la (PECT) Pol\u00edtica P\u00fablica de Estado para el Desarrollo de la Ciencia Traslacional y la medicina de precisi\u00f3n.
