Mar\u00eda Silvia Larroude<\/strong> <strong>(<\/strong>MN 77371).<\/p>\n<p>La actividad se har\u00e1 el jueves 1\u00b0 de octubre a las <strong>15.30 horas<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de <strong>Zoom<\/strong>. Se estima que afecta a 1 de cada 60.000 a 100.000 habitantes.<\/p>\n<p>La enfermedad est\u00e1 causada por la deficiencia de la enzima glucocerebrosidasa que causa una progresi\u00f3n con elevaci\u00f3n del riesgo de complicaciones irreversibles en distintos \u00f3rganos.<\/p>\n<p>La falta de glucocerebrosidasa hace que se acumulen sustancias da\u00f1inas en el h\u00edgado, bazo, huesos y la m\u00e9dula.<\/p>\n<p>Es una enfermedad multisist\u00e9mica y altamente heterog\u00e9nea, cr\u00f3nica y progresiva.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Florencia - Enfermedad de Gaucher\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/o-K8hOusFDQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los signos y s\u00edntomas?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Existen tres tipos de la Enfermedad de Gaucher, el tipo 1 es el m\u00e1s frecuente.<\/p>\n<p>Sus s\u00edntomas incluyen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anemia: cansancio.<\/li>\n<li>Trombocitopenia: Tendencias hemorr\u00e1gicas.<\/li>\n<li>Esplenomegalia y Hepatomegalia: aumento del volumen de bazo e h\u00edgado (dolor abdominal y trastornos digestivos).<\/li>\n<li>Problemas \u00f3seos: infiltraci\u00f3n medular, dolor, osteonecrosis, a veces acompa\u00f1ado por crisis \u00f3seas con dolor intenso.<\/li>\n<li>Osteopenia \u2013 Osteoporosis, fracturas patol\u00f3gicas, colapso y destrucci\u00f3n articular.
